HIGH SCHOOL MOUNTAIN BIKING

Mountain biking isn’t an official high school sport yet, but that isn’t going to stop us from having the biggest high school mountain bike clubs in the country. Our teams range from 5 to 150 students and provide our students with a unique opportunity that you don’t find in traditional school sports. NICA rewards both individual achievement and teamwork and priority is placed on demonstrating NICA’s 5-core principles not just winning.

JOIN AN EXISTING TEAM

The best way to start racing is to join an existing team. Check our team list below to see if your school already has a team. If you can’t see your school listed, please email Doug Bedient (doug@nevadamtb.org) and we can help you find a team.

START A NEW TEAM

If you are interested in starting a new team for your school please check our our Join or Start A Team page. Or email Doug Bedient (doug@nevadamtb.org) to find out how to start.

RACE AS AN INDIVIDUAL

While being part of a team is more fun, students can race as individuals. If you are interested in racing as an individual please email doug@nevadamtb.org to register.
